Vanessa has over 20 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry. She received her Associates of Applied Science in Accounting in 1997 and her Bachelor of Science in HR Development in 2008. She is skilled in strategic planning and execution, financial acumen and interpersonal skills. Vanessa has served in many different leadership roles in her career including Executive Director of Reeds Cove Health and Rehabilitation and VP of Health Services for Larksfield Place Health Care Center. During Vanessa’s time at Larksfeld Place she has total oversight of the Larksfield Hospice Company.In addition to her professional career, Vanessa has served as a volunteer for Tri-County CASA where she served as a court appointed Special Advocate and on the American Health Care Association as a Senior Examiner for their Quality Award Program. She was also recognized by the AHCA in 2011 as the Administrator of the Year. As a motivated leader, Vanessa is looking to leverage strong operational experience in a meaningful way that affects positive change in the lives of others.

Laurie has been a nurse for over 10 years; her journey in healthcare began at LakePoint Wichita in 2012 as a CMA. The experience solidified her love of nursing and her first position after completing her RN was at LakePoint. Laurie now joins the Cardinal Hospice of Kansas as the Clinical Director.Laurie’s favorite quote from Mother Theresa summarizes her nursing motto:
“It is not how much we do, but how much love we put in the doing. It is not how much we give, but how much love is put in the giving.”
Laurie enjoys spending time with her adorable family and being outdoors. She also enjoys hunting and spending time renovating an old farmhouse with her husband.

As a veteran in the profession, Chance's accomplishments include being recognized as an AHCA Future Leader of America in Long Term Care, solidifying his reputation as a forward-thinking and influential figure in the field.
His dedication to improving the lives of seniors and enhancing the quality of care they receive has positioned him as a respected leader and advocate for excellence in senior healthcare.

Jennifer Albert, APRN resides in Wichita, Kansas and has over 17 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with TeamHealth in post-acute care. She has been a clinical educator for more than 8 years, providing training and education on post-acute care to clinicians across the United States. Jennifer is a strong leader in value-based care, mentoring other clinicians, and fostering collaboration with her colleagues.Before becoming a clinical educator, Jennifer served as a Practice Group Leader at TeamHealth, where she trained clinicians and provided patient care in various nursing facilities in Wichita. Her educational background includes a Master’s in Advanced Nurse Practitioner-Family Medicine from Wichita State University, a Bachelor’s in Science Nursing from Newman University, and a certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist from Seward County Community College.
Jennifer enjoys painting and spending time with her Frenchton and Bully puppies. She is a proud mother of grown twins, one of whom is in the military, and she is married to a wonderful husband who serves his community in law enforcement.

During his career Tripp has worked across various subsidiaries and was trusted by investors and senior leaders to lead complex projects and guide organizations through periods of significant change and growth. He focuses on building teams that solved problems together and achieved shared goals. He has dedicated himself to creating an environment where everyone could perform at their best. Many of his team members stayed have stayed for decades, reflecting the trust and collaboration they built over time.
